Currently residing in Bacolod City. Was born on December 31, 1964 in Hinigaran , Negros Occidental. Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from La Consolacion College-Bacolod City. I enjoyed a successful career as a Plant Finance Manager of San Miguel Brewery Inc. in Bacolod City. After retiring from this role, I transitioned into a new chapter as a Real Estate Broker.
I am married to Ruel and a proud mother of 4 children. My parents were both public school teachers of Hinigaran Elementary School, namely Felino Guance Pandan and Mely Belardo Belleza. We are 8 children in the family and my siblings are Portia Pandan Go, Fely Pandan Lopez, Atty. Dag Belleza Pandan, Marglice Pandan Villadolid, Daisy Pandan Cerna, Archt. Marris Belleza Pandan and Linafe Belleza Pandan.
